NCC sells its interest in HB Norslundsfastigheter in Falun

NCC Property Development and Riksbyggen have reached an agreement
regarding the sale of their interests in HB Norslundsfastigheter to
Masmästaren Fastigheter AB. The sale will have a marginally impact on
NCC's earnings during the fourth quarter.

As a result of the agreement, NCC Property Development sells its 67-
percent holding and Riksbyggen its 33-percent holding in HB
Norslundsfastigheter, whose assets comprise the Norslundsskogen 1- 4
properties in Falun.

The properties contain a total of 386 residential apartments.

"The sale is fully in line with our strategy of liquidating partnerships
in non-prioritized locations, enabling increased investments in our core
business of property development," says Olle Åkerstam, Regional Manager
