NCC Real Estate divests property in central Gothenburg for
SEK 150 million

NCC Real Estate has reached agreement with Vasakronan regarding the sale
of an office property at Gullbergs Strandgata 2-4 in Gothenburg. The
purchase price totals SEK 150 million, which will generate a capital gain
of approximately SEK 76 million for NCC.

"This acquisition will further strengthen our market position in
Gothenburg and increase our market share in one of Gothenburg's best
office locations," says Rolf Åkerman, Regional Manager at Vasakronan.

The property at Gullbergs Strandgata has a total floor space of 10,000 sq.
m. and was constructed in 1985.

"This sale is in keeping with our strategy to divest fully developed
properties in order to release capital for new development projects," says
Stephan Ekstedt, Regional Manager at NCC Real Estate in Gothenburg.
Including this divestment, NCC Real Estate has sold managed properties in
a total amount of SEK 1.8 billion during 1999.

Transfer will take place on February 1, 2000.
