NCC and Alfred Palmberg sell Helsinki real estate project for SEK 145 million

NCC Finland has reached an agreement with Sampo, a Finnish insurance company,
regarding the sale of Phase 3 of the Stella Business Park office project in
Helsinki. The project is owned equally by NCC (50%) and Alfred A. Palmberg
(50%). The total sales price of SEK 145 million will generate a healthy
capital gain for NCC.

The approximately 7,000-m2 project will be completed by spring 2000. A total
of 80 percent of the property is pre-leased, mainly to IT and
telecommunication companies.

Initiation of the fourth and final phase of Stella Business Park, which will
comprise 10,000 m2 , is currently under way and will be completed at the
beginning of 2001.
