NCC acquires Danish company for project development of family homes

NCC is acquiring Bülow & Nielsen, one of Denmark's largest and best-known
type-standard home construction companies. The company produces and sells
around 175 homes each year and has sales of approximately SEK 250 M. There
are some 80 employees. Bülow & Nielsen operate primarily in the Copenhagen
region, where it has a very strong market position.

"The acquisition of Bülow & Nielsen is part of the efforts to build up NCC
Danmark's Housing business area. The business concept is the project
development and production of high-quality homes and Bülow & Nielsen fits
