Joachim Hallengren new President of NCC Property Development

Joachim Hallengren, 44, has been appointed President of the NCC Property Development business area. He will assume his new position on April 1, 2009. Hallengren will succeed Peter Wågström, who was recently appointed President of the new business area NCC Housing.
Joachim Hallengren, who has a degree in civil engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, joined NCC in 1989 and has held a variety of positions involving property operations, with a focus on property development. Since 2007, Hallengren has been head of Swedish operations within NCC Property Development.
Joachim Hallengren will report to President and Chief Executive Officer Olle Ehrlén and will be a member of NCC’s Group Management.
