NCC sells land with residential contract for SEK 400 million

NCC Housing has closed an agreement with Fastighets AB Förvaltaren regarding a transfer of land that is prepared for construction and an accompanying residential construction contract in the area of Ursvik, in Sundbyberg, outside Stockholm. The transaction comprises two residential blocks, with a total of 265 rental apartments and is valued at approximately SEK 400 million.

The client and property owner is the state-owned LFV Group (Swedish Airports and Air Navigation Services) and the hotel will be operated by Choice Hotels Scandinavia AS.
