NCC sells real estate projects in Finland for SEK 640 million

NCC Property Development has sold a portfolio of property-development projects to NIAM Fund III. The purchase consideration is SEK 640 million (EUR 71 million) and the deal will, after full provision for extended rent guarantees, have a marginal positive effect on NCC Property Development’s income statement for 2004. Of the total purchase sum, SEK 240 million (EUR 27 million) is being paid in 2004.

NCC builds nursing home in Bergen for SEK 150 million

NCC Construction AS has signed an agreement with Bergen Municipality for the building of a new nursing home in Bergen. The order is worth NOK 141 million, the equivalent of around SEK 150 million.
The building of the Lövåsen nursing home is an all-in contract. The nursing home will have 128 single rooms.

NCC to build 450 apartments in Nydalen, Norway

NCC Construction AS in Norway has signed a partnership agreement with the Nydalen Kvarter owner constellation regarding the construction of 450 apartments in the district of Nydalen, Oslo. The first and second phases of construction consist of 110 apartments and have an order value of NOK 126 million, corresponding to SEK 134 million.

NCC Construction Denmark is selling a housing project in Copenhagen to K/S Teglholms Allé c/o Finansgruppen Erhverv A/S. The purchase price is approximately SEK 197 million, corresponding to DKK 165.6 million.
