NCC sells property-development project in Helsinki

NCC Finland Oy reached an agreement on Monday to sell the third and
final phase of its Business Park Airport Plaza property-development
project in Helsinki. The buyer is the Finnish real estate group Polar
Kiinteistöt Oyj. The sale will have a favorable impact on the NCC
Group´s earnings during the fourth quarter of 2002.

NCC leases out a third of Frösunda Front in Solna

A number of major rental contracts have been signed for NCC Property
Development's Frösunda Front project in Solna, north of Stockholm.
Nearly 6,000 square meters have been leased out, corresponding to about
a third of the total floor space. Accordingly, NCC has established an
annual rent level of approximately SEK 2,300 per square meter in
Frösunda's best location.

NCC sues National Road Administration regarding Southern Link project

NCC today instigated legal proceedings at Stockholm District Court
against the Swedish National Road Administration's Stockholm Region.
According to NCC, the Road Administration should pay a further SEK 643
million for the tunneling work NCC performed as part of the Southern
Link highway project in Stockholm. Value added tax accounts for SEK 242
million of the total amount claimed.

NCC acquires attractive right to develop from Jernhusen

Major new office development in Stockholm City:


NCC Property Development has purchased a development right in Stockholm
City permitting construction of slightly more than 18,000-square-meter
office building. The seller is Jernhusen AB.

The development right pertains to an area running parallel with
Kungsbron and extending northwards along Östra Järnvägsgatan to Norra
