NCC to build container terminal in Finland for SEK 230 million

NCC Puolimatka has been commissioned to build a container terminal in Mussala
Harbor, Kotka, in southeast Finland. Work will commence in January 1999 and be
completed in June 2001. The terminal will be able to receive vessels as of

NCC to sell Hedemora Diesel

NCC is to sell its wholly owned subsidiary Hedemora Diesel to Daros Holding
for SEK 18.5 million. The sale will generate a modest capital gain.

Hedemora Diesel's Danish subsidiary, Frich's A/S, is not covered by the
transaction.

NCC to build Sweden's pavilion at Expo 2000 in Hannover

NCC's German subsidiary, NCC Siab, has been commissioned to build the Swedish
pavilion for the World Exposition in Hannover, Expo 2000 which will open on
June 1, 2000 and close on October 31 the same year. The Exposition's theme is

NCC to sell Oslo property for NOK 115 million

NCC's Norwegian subsidiary, NCC Eeg-Henriksen Eiendom, is selling the Grönvold
Gård office property in Oslo to the Vital insurance company for NOK 114.5
million. The transaction will generate a capital gain of NOK 12.5 million. The

NCC and its Norwegian subsidiary, NCC Eeg-Henriksen, have been jointly
commissioned to build office premises for Linstow ASA and Periscopus AS.
