Agreement to give MultiQ SEK 17 million

Aristocrat Leisure Ltd recently acquired EssNet Interactive AB.

After the acquisition was made, the new owner wished to cancel the order between EssNet Interactive and MultiQ for deliveries to Norsk Tipping.

That part of the company’s order stock of SEK 63.3 million connected with Norsk Tipping will be cancelled. MultiQ will immediately receive compensation of SEK 17 million, which will directly influence its profits.
