Significant Overspend on Wind Park Lake Vänern

Dynawind AB, a Morphic subsidiary, has revealed in September that the projected cost of the company’s wind power project Lake Vänern has been exceeded by at most SEK 30m.
Dynawind’s Managing Director, Erik Göthlin, is stepping down with immediate effect.
Other Organizational Change
Helena Nilsson, CFO of Morphic Technologies, has in August, chosen to leave the company for personal reasons. Nilsson will remain in her position until a replacement has been recruited.
The process of recruiting a new Managing Director for Dynawind and a new CFO for Morphic Technologies has been initiated.
