Morphic’s Board of Directors Withdraws Proposal on Authorization for Issue of New Shares

After consulting with a number of major shareholders, the Board of Directors of Morphic has decided to withdraw its proposal to authorize the Board to decide on the issue of new shares, to be presented at the Annual General Meeting. The reason is that a number of owners have stated that they do not intend to support the proposal.
