Morphic acquires Swiss energy technology company AccaGen

Morphic Technologies AB’s subsidiary MBD AB has concluded an agreement for the acquisition of the Swiss energy technology company AccaGen. The purchase price is SEK 104.1 million. AccaGen is a leading manufacturer of electrolyzers for separating water into hydrogen and oxygen. Through this acquisition Morphic has now secured access to all critical components for its energy system.

DynaWind and Wasa Kredit offer unique leasing solution for wind turbines

Morphic Technologies’ DynaWind AB and Länsförsäkringar’s finance company Wasa Kredit AB have jointly developed a unique solution for financing wind power stations. Helbio S.A., Morphic Technologies’ company in Greece, has taken an order for an energy system for converting biogas from sewage for electrical power and heating. The system produces 20 kW of electrical energy and 20 kW of heating energy.
