- Revenue for the year 2003 amounted to €36.6 million (€35.3
million), an increase of 4%. In constant currency the revenue increase
was 13%.

- Prepaid membership rose to 117,000 (104,000), at year and, an
increase of 13,000 for the year ( 12,200) or 13 percent, with a
pronounced pick up in growth during second half of the year.

- The operating loss for the year amounted to €1.1 million (-€1.5million).

- The operating profit before depreciation and amortization for the
year amounted to €2.0 million (€ 1.3 million).

- Operating cash flow before tax payments and working capital changes
improved to € 1.9 million (€0.1 million) for the year.

- The loss after tax for the year was € 1.8 million (€23.8 million).
The loss per share was € 0.145 (€1.97) per share for the year.
