Highlights January - March 2004

· Revenue for the first quarter amounted to € 9.7 million (€ 8.9 million),
a 9% increase compared to the first quarter in prior year.
Isolating currency effects, constant currency revenue growth amounted
to 18% for the first quarter in comparison to prior year.
· Prepaid membership rose by a strong 5,000 for the quarter to 122,000
(105,100).
· The operating loss (EBIT) for the quarter amounted to € 0.2 million
(€ 0.2 million).
· The operating profit before depreciation and amortization
(EBITDA) for the quarter amounted to € 0.6 million (€ 0.5 million).
· The loss after tax for the quarter amounted to € 0.2
million (€ 0.4 million). The loss per share was € 0.014 for the
quarter (€ 0.036).
