DELISTING FROM THE O-LIST

With reference to Börsmeddelanden Aktier ('Stock Exchange Releases --
Shares') 274/03, the Stockholm Stock Exchange has decided, according to
the request by the Board of Mandamus Fastigheter AB, to delist the
shares of Mandamus Fastigheter AB (ISIN code SE0000456386 and Order Book
ID 1016) from the O-list.

The last day for trading will be 19 November and delisting will apply
from 20 November 2003.
