Loomis acquires the operations in a cash handling company in Gothenburg

Loomis has acquired the operations in the cash handling company Visira, in Gothenburg. The company, who’s work includes the transport of cash and counting, has around 80 customers in the Gothenburg region, mainly in the retail sector. The sellers are the company’s founders Kjell Jöfeldt and Krister Ryman.

Loomis takes control of Visira´s operations on the 1st November 2010.
