WM-data has 90.02% in Novo Group - completes the Tender Offer

WM-data's Tender Offer for all shares of Novo Group has, based on a
final calculation of acceptances received, been accepted by holders
representing approximately 90.02% of total outstanding shares and votes.
WM-data will therefore complete the Tender Offer. Based on the number of
tendered Novo Group shares WM-data will need to issue approximately 49
million shares of series B as part of the consideration, corresponding
to a dilution of about 13.2% of share capital and approximately 7.6% of
the number of votes.

As WM-data's share of all the voting rights in Novo Group will pursuant
to the Tender Offer exceed two-thirds, WM-data will commence a mandatory
redemption offer for the remaining shares and stock options of Novo
Group in accordance with Finnish regulation. WM-data's intention is to
acquire all outstanding shares in Novo Group. WM-data will also initiate
compulsory acquisition proceedings in accordance with the Finnish
Companies Act.
