Leading Services hires ex-Charity Business employees and offers former clients service continuity

Leading Services, the financial outsourcing subsidiary of business consultancy, Leading Resolutions, has taken on several employees who were made redundant following the winding up of Charity Business. The staff have in-depth operational knowledge and experience of the needs of clients affected by the closure and are available to help provide a seamless transition to a new service provider.

Leading Services has over 15 years of sustained growth in both the commercial and not-for-profit sector and benefits from the resources and expertise of its parent company, allowing it to provide a full service provision to charities.

Sheila Bryant, Executive Director at Leading Services, said, “Having seen the collapse of Charity Business we want to help charities focus on their core challenges and not worry about this. Having employed some of the operational staff who lost their jobs at Charity Business, we can provide continuity of service to those charities left without a finance department or other critical services such as payroll.”

Leading Services will work on clients’ behalf to obtain the necessary data to ensure that year-end accounts and ongoing operational requirements are met as quickly and efficiently as possible.
