Länsförsäkringar has the most satisfied bank customers for the second consecutive year

For the second consecutive year, the Swedish Quality Index survey shows that Länsförsäkringar’s retail banking customers are more satisfied than customers of other banks. Länsförsäkringar ranks among the best in all parameters measured by the survey.
“Personal treatment and proximity to customers are a winning concept, as is also the case within non-life insurance. Our customers’ confidence in us empowers us to invest even more in banking operations,” says Tomas Johansson, President of Länsförsäkringar Bank.

Länsförsäkringar ranked among the best within all survey categories, including image, expectations, product quality, service quality and value for money. Länsförsäkringar is also the bank with the smallest gap between what customers expect and how they perceive the products/service they receive. In addition, Länsförsäkringar is among the banks with the highest ranking for long-term savings.

Länsförsäkringar’s bank operations currently have 580,000 customers. Lending at June 30, 2005 amounted to SEK 43 billion and deposits to SEK 19 billion. Bank customers have access to 84 branch offices in Sweden and a full range of bank and insurance services.
