Lagercrantz Group has on February 12, 2003 repurchased 1,079,364 of its
own class B-shares at an average price of SEK 18 each. The total number
of shares held in treasury amounts to 2,786,423 class B-shares. The
total number of shares in Lagercrantz Group amounts to 27 864 232.
