Lagercrantz Group sells a business and concentrates on its strategic
orientation

The Lagercrantz Group sells its business in information and payment
systems to an international group of companies, PC-PoS (Europe) Ltd. The
business sold has annual revenues of about MSEK 100 and a staff of about
20 in the Nordic Region. Selling the business will have no effect on
Lagercrantz Group earnings.

PC-Pos is an international producer and distributor focusing solely on
the market for information and payment systems. In our judgment, PC-PoS
possesses excellent opportunities of developing the business further in
the Nordic Region.

Chief Executive Jan Friis says in a comment:

"The sale should be seen in the context of our long-term strategy of
concentrating the Group's business to core operations. This will enhance
future opportunities for profitable growth in the priority areas of
electronics and communication."
