Lagercrantz Group acquiring business in Norway

Lagercrantz Group AB's subsidiary ACTE AS is acquiring the electronics
components business of the Norwegian company Datamatik AS. The
components business has revenues of about MSEK 30.

After selling its components business, Datamatik AS will be
concentrating on its core communications equipment and systems business.

Through this acquisition, offering of products by ACTE AS will be become
more complete and competitive, and the company gains in strength in the
Norwegian market.

The acquisition is expected to have a positive impact on Lagercrantz
Group's earnings for the current financial year.
