ISEC ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC TECHNOLOGY AGREEMENT

ISEC Intelligent Security AB (publ) - Sweden's leading manufacturer of
CCTV equipment - has announced its intention to form a strategic co-
operative agreement with VCS Video Communication Systems AG in Germany,
the leading developer and producer of innovative hardware and software
solutions for the digital transmission of multimedia data.

The agreement will bring the two companies unique technologies together,
combining ISEC's extensive experience in electronic surveillance with
VCS's expertise in digital audiovisual communications hardware and
software solutions. The result will be a range of CCTV equipment capable
of using Internet Protocol for full-motion, real-time video and audio
transmission instantaneously world-wide, with digital quality and
security.

This latest development will expand the product portfolio currently
offered by ISEC's Security and Process Division. As a result, ISEC will
be able to offer a comprehensive selection of CCTV equipment capable of
being transmitted across a wide range of networks around the world.
