Investor exercises option in Aker Holding AS

Investor has decided to exercise its option to sell its holding in Aker Holding AS. The option agreement was entered into in 2007 when Investor together with Saab and the Norwegian government invested in the Norwegian industrial group Aker Kvaerner ASA through the then newly formed holding company Aker Holding AS.
Investor’s investment in 2007 amounted to NOK 402 m., of which NOK 77 m. in equity. The remaining part was financed with loans. The exercise of the option generates proceeds of NOK 117 m. to Investor, net of external loans.
