Disclosure of shareholdings - Proxies for
extraordinary general meeting 10 February 2012.
In connection with Intex `extraordinary general
meeting, Jan A. Vestrum, chairman of the Board of
Directors in Intex Resources ASA, has been assigned
voting rights based on proxies for 12.183.829 ( 13.29
% ) shares in Intex Resources ASA.
The proxies apply exclusively to the extraordinary
general meeting in Intex Resources ASA on 10 February
2012.
Jan A. Vestrum holds 2.500.000 ( 2.73 % ) shares in
Intex Resources ASA.
