Jan Vestrum's shareholding after the transaction in Intex Resources ASA is 2,520,000 shares. Jan Vestrum also hold options to buy 1,000,000 shares at NOK 5,50 per share and 1,000,000 shares at NOK 6,50 per share. The options expire 22 March 2014.
