The Board proposes SEK 65 as issue price after split

The shareholders of Information Highway AB (publ) shall at a general meet-
ing of shareholders on 10 January 2000 take a decision on the proposal
from the Board with regard to an issue with priority for existing share-
holders of up to 1.063.385 new shares in the company, before a proposed
split of 10:1. At a board meeting on 29 December 1999 it was decided to
propose an issue price of SEK 650, which corresponds to SEK 65 after the
split has been effected.

The issue price has been decided on the basis of the average stock-
exchange quotation of the share during the last 10 trading days and gives
in relation to this average a discount of around 30 %. In relation to the
present quotation of the share this means a substantially higher discount,
which is due to the very strong development of the quotation on both the
IHWY-share and other shares in internet-companies during the recent days.

Concerning the other terms for the issue referral is made to previous no-
tices and press releases.

Documentation will be available at Information Highway AB's office in
Sundbyberg from 30 December 1999.
