Indutrade acquires pump manufacturer

Indutrade’s subsidiary Colly Flowtech AB, Sweden, has acquired all of the shares in Dominator AB, Jönköping, Sweden, with annual sales of approximately SEK 12 million.

Dominator manufactures and distributes pneumatic diaphragm pumps in Scandinavia and is a market leader in this field in Sweden. Their customers are in the food, pharmaceutical, engineering and chemical industry.

Organisationally Dominator will be part of the Industrial Components business area, which had net sales of SEK 1,401 million in 2008.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
