Indutrade’s Annual General Meeting was held on May 24, 2010, at Summit, lecture hall Razorfish, Grev Turegatan 30, Stockholm.
The General Meeting set the dividend at SEK 4.30 per share. The record date for payment was set to May 27, 2010. Dividend payments are expected to be made via Euroclear Sweden on June 1, 2010.

Kennet Göransson has been appointed as the new CFO of Indutrade AB. He will take up the position on 1 October 2010, succeeding Olle Olofsson who will retire at the end of the year.
