Industrivärden to sell its shareholding in Elit Fönster AB

Following completed negotiations, an agreement was reached today whereby
Myresjö AB will acquire Industrivärden's 50 percent shareholding in Elit
Fönster AB. Myresjö, a wholly owned subsidiary of Skanska, will thereafter own
all the shares in Elit Fönster. The agreement will be reviewed by the Swedish
Competition Authority.

Elit Fönster, which is Sweden's largest window manufacturer with estimated
sales of more than SEK 500 M in 1996 and approximately 650 employees, will
thereafter be a part of Skanska Industri unitof Skanska.
