Hexagon sells Robust Ståldörrar RSD AB

Hexagon AB has today disposed of Robust Ståldörrar RSD AB to Obadja AB. The
property where operations are conducted has disposed of to the owner of
Obadja, Kjell-Roger Holmström. The disposal of Robust Ståldörrar is expected
to give a smaller capital loss.

Robust Ståldörrar is operative within three product areas; Fire, safety and
lift doors.
In 1998 the turnover amounted to MSEK 97, and pre-tax earnings amounted to
MSEK 0.2.

Hexagon is an industrial and commercial group whose business concept is to
acquire and long-term develop medium-sized industrial companies. The company
is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange and turnover in 1998 amounted to SEK
4.9 billion.
