Instrument AS in Tranby, Norway. As a result of this acquisition of Teck
Instrument,
Gustaf Fagerberg has become the largest company within the Nordic region in
the field of temperature measurement for industrial applications. This means
that together with the Swedish company, Pentronic, the annual turnover within
this product area has been calculated to amount to approximately SEK 100
million.
Teck Instrument manufactures and imports equipment and instruments for
temperature and pressure measurement. Tech has a turnover of SEK 52 million
and has 40 employees. Teck is Norway's largest company within the field of

the area of temperature measurement and means that Gustaf Fagerberg has now
become the largest Nordic company within the field. The product area pressure
measurement within Teck, also complement Gustaf Fagerberg, which for many

Countries. As a result of this acquisition, the annual turnover of Gustaf
Fagerberg has been estimated to reach just over SEK 600 million.
