antenna company been certified as Bluetooth Solution Provider by Ericsson
Microelectronics
Ericsson Microelectronics AB has certified gigaAnt AB (Hexagon Wireless)
as a Bluetooth Solution Provider of antennas for Bluetooth@ applications.
gigaAnt is the first European antenna company that has been certified and
the second globally. The goal of Ericsson Microelectronics is to put
Bluetooth solutions within the reach of everyone wanting to implement this
revolutionary technology into their products. To accomplish this, Ericsson
is creating a global competency resource called the Certified Bluetooth
Solution Providers program.
"gigaAnt has been working closely with Ericsson for a long time
developing different kinds of antenna solutions. Being certified as a
Bluetooth Solution Provider is a confirmation that our collaboration has
been rewarding. The certification of gigaAnt also makes it easier for
other companies to identify an antenna partner fast and thereby decrease
time-to-market", says Ric Roetering, vice president at gigaAnt.
gigaAnt
