each of its subsidiaries Qingdao Brown & Sharpe Quinshao Technology Co

Boliden Nordic Brass - green light from competition authorities

Boliden Nordic Brass has received approval from the Swedish Competition
Authority. Approval from the Finnish Competition Authority has already
been received. The company, founded by Boliden and Hexagon through a

HEXAGON ACQUIRES SUD MESURE S.A.

Hexagon's Swiss subsidiary TESA S.A. has acquired Sud Mesure S.A. with
an annual sales turnover of 20 MSEK. The Sales are primarily to the US,
Taiwanese and European markets. The acquisition is expected to
contribute to Hexagons earnings as of closing of the acquisition, which

The Airbus factory in Broughton, North Wales, has ordered a large co-
ordinate measuring machine from Hexagons Italian subsidiary DEA. It will
provide advanced dimensional inspection capabilities that will help keep
pace with the production of wing spars for the current fleet of Airbus
aircraft and components for the new Airbus A380, a 555-seater aircraft
