New shares registered

The shares subscribed for with subscription rights in the rights issue recently conducted by Haldex have today been registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The first day of trading in new shares will be December 29, 2009. Shares subscribed for without preferential rights are expected to start trading on January 12, 2010.
