Hackney Homes asks ‘how satisfied are you’?

Over 6000 tenants across Hackney are being asked to have their say about how satisfied they are with the service they receive from Hackney Homes. Using a postal survey, tenants will have the chance to say what is important to them and how well Hackney Homes is doing and what we need to improve further.

The survey will be carried out by the National Housing Federation’s Feedback Services Limited, an independent market research company. They will send out surveys to a random selection of 6,770 tenants.
