PLACEMENT OF NOK 1 000 MILLION UNSECURED BOND ISSUES

Bonheur ASA has successfully completed a NOK 700 million unsecured bond issue with maturity in 2017 and a NOK 300 million bond issue with maturity in 2019. Ganger Rolf ASA is guarantor for both issues. Settlement dates are expected to be 10 February 2012. The issues were significantly oversubscribed. An application will be made for listing of the bonds on Oslo Stock Exchange as soon as possible. Net proceeds from the bond issues are to be used for general corporate purposes. DnB Markets and Swedbank First Securities acted as managers of the bond issues
