Fabege acquires property in Kista for SEK 90 million

Fabege has acquired the site-leasehold right to the property Lidarände 1 in Kista for SEK 90 million. The seller is Agfa-Gevaert AB. Fabege is taking possession of the property on 1st April 2006.
The property at Torshamnsgatan 18 in Kista, Stockholm Municipality, has 13,900 sq. m of lettable office and warehouse space. The property is currently used entirely by the seller, Agfa, and the company's Swedish head office and warehouse is located there. After Fabege has taken possession, Agfa, one of the world's leading companies in the field of digital image processing and visual communication, will be Fabege's tenant.
