Spectrum ASA - Subsequent share issue (Regulatory release)

Reference is made to the announcements of 5 June 2009 and 26 June
2009 regarding a subsequent share issue following a private placement
of shares in Spectrum ASA.

The subscription period for the subsequent share issue will commence
today, 3 July 2009, and end at 1600 hrs (Norwegian time) on 17 July
2009. The prospectus will be distributed to all shareholders of the
company as of 8 June 2009, and may also be obtained at the Company's
offices or at the offices of ABG Sundal Collier Norge ASA.

ABG Sundal Collier Norge ASA has been retained by Spectrum as manager
for the private placement and the subsequent share issue.
