Final terms for covered bond to be opened on 25 November 2009                   

On 25 November, BRFkredit will open new covered bond. Final terms for the bond  
are attached to this announcement.                                              

The prospectus for the bond is comprised of the attached final terms and the    
previously disclosed base prospectus for covered bonds issued by BRFkredit a/s.
