By way of a press release on 21 July 2004, the undersigned shareholders
in Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson ("Ericsson") made a public offer (the
"Offer") to the future holders of so-called conversion rights in
Ericsson to sell such rights to us for SEK 1.10 in cash per conversion
right.
