Ensures broader services and systems for Spreadskill's customers

Enlight has completed the acquisition of the operations of Spreadskill AB - Swedish provider of services and systems for testing and certification to the financial industry. One of Spreadskill's customers is SwedSec - the provider of the official Swedish Financial Advisor licensing programme. Spreadskill's operations will be merged with the existing Enlight organisation and systems.

Enlight has completed the acquisition of the assets and operations of Spreadskill AB, focused on testing and certification of knowledge for the banking and finance industry. The Swedish company has 5 employees and had sales of SEK 3.5 M in 2003. The total payment for Spreadskill's operations is dependent on its future development, but will be a minimum of 1,5 MSEK over five years. The acquisition provides Enlight with a position within Knowledge Assurance in the Swedish banking and finance industry.
