During January, 33,799 new B shares were issued in Elekta through the exercise of warrants distributed within the framework of the established option program.
The total number of shares in Elekta as of January 31, 2012 amounts to 94,803,562 divided between 3,562,500 A shares and 91,241,062 B shares.
One A share entitles the holder to ten votes and one B share to one vote.
