Effnet Group acquires Factum Electronics AB from Teracom

Effnet Group AB has today acquired Factum Electronics AB from Teracom.
Factum Electronics based in Linköping, Sweden, has been working with
DAB, digital radio since 1995 and NICAM, digital stereo sound for
television, since 1988. Factum has sold to customers within the
broadcasting and CATV industries in more than 30 countries around the
world.
"During the last years Factum has invested large resources in the
technical development of digital radio systems for the broadcasting
market. As we see a substantial growth potential in this market, we
believe our experience in international commercialization of technical
projects will be very beneficial to Factum" says Göran E. Larsson,
