DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDINGS

Reference is made to the stock exchange release dated 26 November 2009 regarding completion of a Private Placement, which upon registration will increase the total number of shares from 54,236,520 shares to 66,736,520 shares. Consequently the equity stake will change upon registration of the new shares and the co-founders and primary insiders Erik Anders Lönneborg and Praveen Sharma which triggers disclosure of changes in large shareholdings.

Praveen Sharma’s current exposure in the share is 5.52 % of total share capital. Upon registration of the new shares his new exposure will be 4.49 % of total share capital. Praveen Sharma’s exposure in DiaGenic shares is unchanged with a total of 2,995,000 shares.

Erik Anders Lönneborg currently holds 5.35 % of total share capital. Upon registration of the new shares his holding will account for 4.35% of total share capital. Erik Anders Lönneborg has made any changes to his ownership in DiaGenic shares, which is 2,900,000 shares.
