DALLAS (1/19/2012) – DB&A, a Dallas-based management consulting firm, has hired Charles Vincent as Director of Analysis, the firm announced.
“We are thrilled to have Charles join the team at DB&A,” said Princeton K. McNeley, Vice President of Analysis. “His extensive background and skillset will immediately elevate the performance of our operation.”
Vincent joins DB&A with over 20 years of industry and consulting experience, most recently with Next Complex Change Venture, specializing in process analysis and redesign of business operations. Prior to his time with Next Complex, Vincent served in corporate roles with Alliance Data and Limited Brands. As Vice President of Operations Finance for Alliance Data Systems, Inc., where he was hired to centralize call-center operations for the Finance and Accounting team. He brings a unique combination of consulting experience plus insights gained working in the retail structure.
Vincent also served as Vice President, Concept to Market, for Limited Brands, Inc., where he was the lead executive responsible for implementing cross-functional redesign of a new product-to-market strategy for Victoria’s Secret, Mast Industries and its international supply chain.
