Niklas Flyborg acquires warrants in Cybercom

President and CEO Niklas Flyborg has on 21 May acquired 200,000 warrants in Cybercom Group AB (publ).
The warrants are issued by Consafe Securities AB with expiration 31 March 2015. Fully exercised, Niklas Flyborg’s holding will be approximately 0.6 percent of total issued capital in Cybercom. There will be no dilution of Cybercom since Consafe Securities AB has issued the warrants against its own holdings. The warrants are being transferred at market terms at a price established using a market value estimated with application of the Black & Scholes valuation model for options.
