Custos has synthetically repurchased 10.3% of the capital in Custos

Custos has, in accordance with the mandate from the Annual General Meeting
at April 14, 1999, synthetically repurchased 1,992,496 series A-shares and
1,280,080 series B-shares, in total 3,272,576 shares in Custos,
corresponding to 10.3% of the capital and 8.6% of the votes in Custos.
