New web site for Contact Insurance

Contact Insurance, one the UK's leading insurance brokers, have launched a new website designed to simplify the insurance process and maximise the ease with which visitors to the site are able to seek, find and work with life insurance and PMI insurance quotes
Contact Insurance have just reached the end of a design review of their website and launched the first phase of their site's redesign.
The review highlighted a number of issues in the insurance market which presented significant challenges. Increasingly, consumers are seeking insurance through online quotes and non-advised markets. However, Life Insurance and Private Medical Insurance (PMI) are complex products at times. However, the regulation of the industry means that providing any form of advice online can be fraught with compliance dangers.
David Yates, Head of Marketing and Design at Contact Insurance commented "We provide our clients with a Life Insurance policy. This is based on a life insurance quote that is generally provided online.We have a limited opportunity to engage or help clients while they are online. We are guided by the FSA and providing advice is a problem when we cannot engage directly with the client"
Contqact Insurance have therefore redesigned their site so that it incorporates articles around the subject matter in a series of landing pages.
David Yates added "The landing pages contain access to life insurance quotes, product information and explanations. However the site now offers a range of relevant articles around each page which will inform and hopefully interest the client. In this way they should understand more about the process they are entering in to and feel a lot more comfortable about filling in a quote form or picking up the phone and talking to us"
Contact Insurance launched the site on Monday 28th March with subsequent phases to be rolled out over the coming months.
